We do use all the appropriate termite detection instruments for all termite inspections as per the Australian Standards, BUT Unfortunately normal Australian Standards procedures for termite inspections is NOT ALWAYS ENOUGH and Master Property Inspections Building Consultants are finding live termites or termite damage to properties on a VERY regular basis.

A normal termite inspection as per the Australian Standards DOES NOT REQUIRE the usage of the Advanced Termatrac Termite Radar Detector and is not part of the typical termite inspections that we perform or our competitors perform with a typical termite inspection as the equipment is expensive and adds considerable time to our inspection.

We OFFER the Advanced Termatrac Termite Radar Detector Service as an additional service in order to help find the nasty hidden termites behind that timber flooring or in that wall cavity or so many other hidden areas.

Termatrac Termite Radar Detector equipment as mentioned is expensive and adds considerable time to our inspections, however our additional charges for this HI TECH inspection added to the standard termite inspection is very fair and reasonable and we do recommend that you take advantage of the Termatrac Termite Radar Detector that DETECTS LIVE TERMITES.
