RE-INSPECTIONS
Re Inspections are optional and is something we like to discuss with our clients during the build process.
For example at frame stage if there are many items for repair in the report it may be suggested for us to do a re inspection to identify that the repairs have been complete or perhaps a final re inspection of the home prior to handing over final payment. It can be a complicated and challenging process for the builder to do the repairs after handing over the property.
