Getting a commercial property inspection can be really daunting and totally out of my depth of knowledge. Les was there every step of the process sharing his insights and breaking down what it meant for purchase.

His report was clear, thorough and relevant for what we required. He explained things we didn't understand and pointed out where we may want to pursue things further. Rang a Building Inspector in my local area.
They listened to my requirement, mentioned they'd had dealings and learnings with Les in the past, and although more expensive, Les would be better suited.
Reviewed the Company, services and different reports available.
Called Les to discuss, and was provided an email with my different options and clear price points.
Engaged Les, the inspection was professional, thorough, and importantly not rushed.

I recently engaged Les for a building inspection and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Les was extremely professional, thorough, and clearly very experienced.

I opted for the premium inspection, and I’m very glad I did. It uncovered a number of issues that would have been very costly and likely missed in a standard inspection. The level of detail in the report gave me a much clearer understanding of the property and helped me make a more informed decision.
